Following the new guidelines of the Financial Market Commission (CMF) and NCG No. 461 (which modifies No. 30) -which begins to be required for the Company for the current fiscal year-, Empresas Lipigas S.A prepared and published its first Integrated Annual Report, which in addition to financial and operational information, brings together various topics related to its environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) performance.

Since 2009, Lipigas has been preparing sustainability reports based on GRI and since 2014 it began to publish annual Financial Reports, within the framework of its listing on the Stock Exchange.

As of this year, both publications come together, taking the opportunity to show a comprehensive vision of the Company, with a perspective based on sustainability, understood as the way of managing businesses and activities, in all the countries where we operate.
